at the time pac was ranked by ring and some experts as #1 welter (although i disagree) after beating cotto. mosley over margo was a good win but mosley was getting inactive and this had amde pac's position at welter stronger. pac was always been proposed as floyd's opponent afer floyd unretired. people demanded that floyd fight pac and not mosley. there is a reason why mosley was a heavy underdog against floyd while pac would just be a slight underdog or even 50/50 in some cases. it was because they knew, pac would be the fight for floyd, the same way cotto was the fight for him back then in 2008.
