Random is random... The cut off date doesn't change the definition of Radom it just speaks to how close blood can be withdrawn with regards to the date of the actual fight.

And I'm not sure if you've seen the press lately......Floyd's image is the one taking the hit.:-( He's mouth and actions have ultimately got him out of this challenge and he's not getting much sympathy or support aside from his die hard fans and even some of his supports have turned their back on him.

Floyd doesn't need Manny and Manny doesn't need Floyd but to get this money that only these two can generate they BOTH need one anther. Floyd used drug testing to stall the intial proposed fight date and then used the purse as the fight killer in this one which is why no one is willing or really able to justify Floyd. He's the one creating the obstacles and he's teh one who is disolving the fight.

They don't drug test in Texas. In Vegas, they do test for xylocaine. Fighter's are barred from using it in the week leading up to the fight.

 

ok its not banned but it's still a PED. he takes it, and he doesn't feel pain on his fists, and therefore enhances his peformance. and then floyd and team say pacquiao on drugs without substantial evidence to back it up , when in fact floyd was doing more in terms of enhancing himself chemically.

The WORLD fully understands that Mayweather's request for Rat-man to undergo COMPLETE and Random drug testing has been the primary obstacle to this Mega-fight.

Todate, Manny Ratman has REFUSED to take the random test and has tried everything to avoid it, even stalling the biggest payday he is ever going to get in his entire career.

Manny HAS NOT accepted the full terms of the random testing and has even complained like a little ***** how blood taking makes him weak and why he refuses to do it.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but if taking blood makes the subject weak, well, won't Maywaether be just as susceptible and just as weak?
Come on Ratman, stop acting like a ***** and step to the plate like Mosley did, like a MAN.
