Conte stated that even with blood testing up to the fight night .. It doesn't matter, athletes gain befenits from PEDs during off season training as well. He said fighters need to be tested randomly year roud. If Floyd really cared about PED use , then why wouldn't he demand Contes testing requirments ? If he wanted to "clean up the sport" , as so many of you morons have claimed, why wouldn't he push for this? Floyd has gained quite a bit of muscle since his early fights against castillo... So ... Some could argue that he did PEDs as well. It's not hard to make baseless accussations, and it's even easier to get morons to believe them.

I believe Conte knows more than anyone else quoted and if he says an advantage can be gained, I agree with him, he should know. I also agree with him boxers could gain an advantage in the off season. Personally I think its disgusting how many HWs blatantly abuse steroids

Who said Floyd wants to clean up the sport? Not me. Yes year round testing should be implemented in boxing, its probably not practical

As for race, I'm a white boxing fan who is a fan of the sweet science, I'm a big Floyd fan but I don't back everything he does, I can't speak for others. Do I think Pacquaio is on PEDs? I don't know, I don't accuse him, but its a possibility, people in all sports use PEDs, or performance enhancing legal supplements.

Like I say though if Pacquaio really wanted the fight he could have quite easily. He wants more than his fair share and he doesn't want to be randomly tested, thats not making an effort to make the fight
