Define ATG. There's not that many guys that I would list above him. I mean you got some very obvious ones like Hearns, Leanord, Robinson. But I do think he'd be top 10 at the weight.

Depends on your definition of ATG. I would say he just falls short...but I wouldnt argue with someone who thought he was. He wouldnt be out of place in the 9 or 10 spot of a welterweight top 10, though I personally wouldnt have him there.
