This is dictated by USADA, not either of the fighters, either Manny agrees to their standards or there is no fight. It's not Mayweathers "concession to make", he doesn't handle drug testing USADA does, hence they dictated the frequency and methods of testing, not either of the fighters. Mayweather made it clear multiple times, months ago, that if this wasn't agreed to, there would be no fight period. So why would any of you, or anyone in Pac's camp be surprised, that their is no response, they haven't agreed to the only stipulation that man put out, and he's not going to even respond or consider it until this is put in place. At this point even if it's out of pride he will not yield on this issue, so if not USADA testing, it's not sufficient, period. PBF didn't "agree" to or "allow" an 18 day cutoff, that was a USADA deal, which demonstrates how shortsided the Pac camp is, they want this "cutoff" that apparantly isn't necessary, and are willing to walk away from this kind of money over it. This is one issue, I don't see PBF conceding now or anytime in the future, he would not fight Pac before he concedes on this issue. So we essentially arrive at the exact same impass we did during the first negotiations which is Pac won't agree to USADA standards, period.

I agree manny should just accept, but if floyd doesn't negotiate or do anything, and says "nope, it says 14 days" then he is ducking.

He isn't trying to work the details out and make the fight in that scenario.

Luke, dawg, it's not his concession to make. The USADA doesn't work for PBF, Pac, or anyone else. They will work on their terms, and they WILL NOT concede any part of their procedures, as their organizational credibility is all they've got as a selling point. Either Manny will agree to THEIR (not PBF's but USADA) terms which is random with no concessions or dictations, or there will be no fight. You are expecting or asking PBF to make a concession that he can't make, he has no control over when or how the USADA tests, period. I know we've had some ups and downs, but you are a smart dude, and I know you can grasp this idea.

You can negotiate almost anything you want in those contracts.

10 million per lb isn't some standard set somewhere.

USADA doesn't even have to be used, that's just what floyd said.

If they don't agree to a cut off, then they can **** off. It's money they want, they are a privately owned business.

A 14-day cutoff is a good enough compromise. Plus Arum already said that they reached an agreement for the drug testing.

^^Yep, Jeff is full of ****.

Indeed you are a crusaider for Rightousness, thank God for guys like you who are willing to sacrafice themselves for the betterment of boxing. Without those like you, no doubt boxing would die a violent and firey death.

Mayweather has literally given his life to this sport, and it's amusing how you place your value and/or worth to boxing and the respect or lack there of, over those that are giving their livlihood to it.

What was the agreement, there was no agreement to be made, it's either USADA or nothing and that was made clear from the beginning. I've never seen Arum say, we have agreed to USADA testing period.

No he didn't. Mosley was 100% random blood testing. The 18 days just happened to be the cut off.

^ Mosley acted like a boxer, and a man.
He took the random testing. Cleaned up his act, got off the steroids and took his ass whopping gracefully, like a man.

Manny is afraid of taking the ass whopping he knows he's got coming once he gets in the ring with Floyd. Mayweather is being quiet, not saying anything about Ratman's whining because he knows damn well that eventually the Ratman has to step up, get in the ring, and take his embarrassing boxing lesson, same as Mosley, but worst.
Floyd is literally CLEANING up the dirty steroid ridden division. Cheaters will be EXPOSED, and their legacies will reflect it accordingly. :yep:happy

UFC fans down play random testing because in Dana White's world, you can stuff all the Roids you want into your arm as often as you want. UFC don't give a flying fuk about Roids. In fact, everybody takes em and Dana White is very likely their biggest supplier.

Random blood testing with 14-day cutoff is no different to random blood testing with no cut-off. Both testing procedures would be 100% effective for picking up illegal substances according to medical professionals. That is why Floyd agreed to it the first time and has agreed to it the second time if you believe Bob Arum. The only reason that the drug testing would still be an issue is if Floyd is looking for an excuse not to fight Pacquiao. I can't think of any other reason why it would still be an issue.
