Actually, LukeO ain't that complex at all.

Simply put, he is a hater who's ego and condescending tone are not justified by his blatant lack of boxing knowledge (example - didn't know Spinks/Mayorga had fought). He lacks the ability to engage in honest conversation without resorting to ad hominem attacks ('*****s', race card, questioning others intelligence, etc). All the while lacing his statements with a distrurbing amount of homoerotic tendencies.

As Denny Green said: He is who we THOUGHT he was.

Dude, this **** here is the worst of all, please spare me the "I'm a mental midget" arguement. So this dude is a World Class Prize fighter, who gets cut, bruised, beaten in the ring, but he doesn't have the mental toughness to overcome giving blood during training? And how you would try to defend this delusional, scientifically innaccurate position of him being weaker and having less power in his punches, anymore than you would defending Allan Green "being sick" before the Ward fight, or any of the other excuses losing boxers make.

i think he wants to promote the fight like this and also he will hold a psycological advantage over him

this is what he does to you, break you down outside the ring and beat you inside it.

We'll see. Least he could do is give his fans an excuse. I feel bad for them.

Why would he start negotiations if that was the case?

I think he was hoping Pacquiao wouldn't accept his demands on the drug testing. He did. I then think he was hoping Pacquiao wouldn't accept less than 50%, which he did. Mayweather was backed into a corner and his only way out was to say "no" to fighting Pacquiao.

    Which he did.

As a White American you don't really have a choice in the matter about being "clannish" now do you?

You aren't objective by a long shot. Mayweather asked for USADA testing the first fight. He compromised and was burned on a lie by Arum. (Stating that 14 days wasn't offered when it actually was.) As a result this left him with no opponent and Manny with a fight with Clottey.

Unfortunately, the earthquake in Haiti supplied him with an opponent. He was able to have USADA testing and the fight was a success. His position improved and he knew that USADA testing was doable because he experienced it.

Now if you are objective it is OBVIOUS why he will not even entertain negotiations that do no include USADA drug testing from the beginning. You sir however are not objective and won't accept the truth that is right in front of you. Objectivity requires you stay true to the facts. You vasilate between being objective and emotional as it suits you.

So what you're saying is that Mayweather is just playing games and wont sign the contract simply because hes not getting his way? Has nothing to do with wanting to ensure a clean fight?

    1. No. Objectivity and hate do not go hand in hand.

    2. No. You're very inconsistent in your remarks.

Eh, Pac also didn't agree to up until the fight as well.

We don't know everything that's going on with Roger, maybe they were trying to cop a plea with the girl or postpone the court date or something while negotiating.

If Pacquiao really doesn't like blood testing, then the fight just won't happen. I don't like the idea of blood testing either, honestly, but I'm not being paid potentially +$30 million to have it done.

You and I both know why he started with Pac. He sees something in Pac that makes him suspicious and concerned (fear) that some cheating may be going on. So now that he has the power to do so he wants to ensure fair play.

-- Tyson asked Holyfield for extra drug testing
-- Leonard asked for attached thumbs on gloves
-- Leonard asked for 12 rounds not 15

Special requests are a part of boxing.

BECAUSE PEOPLE SUSPECT THAT HE IS ON PED'S!

How hard is that to understand, there are many people to suspect this, doesn't mean he is, but I know I suspect it, I know a lot of people personally who suspect it, Jim Rhome suspects it, Teddy Atlas suspects it, Kermit Cintron suspects it, Paulie M. suspects it. Again that doesn't make it true, but this is a good starting point because there are people who suspect this to be true. Not to mention it's one of the biggest fights in recent boxing history and as opposed to end up like Cotto who was ruined by a cheater, PBF is in a position where he doesn't have to do this, right, wrong, or indifferent.

They've defended him fiercely the past few days. Anything to give them an ounce of hope and, sadly for them, he's let them down. Even if they defend him right now, I think underneath, they must be dissapointed.

"Manny Pacquiao struggled twice with [Juan Manuel] Marquez, which we know he really lost. And we know he's been knocked out twice. He's been out-boxed by Erik Morales, but they still give him 'Boxer of the Decade.' So that's something I don't understand. He beat a Miguel Cotto that was stretched by me. I'm trying to find out what it really is.."

    Sad.
