A million dollars a pound seems more than adequate to me. We're not in their shoes.

Exactly. It's sad that he can't get a handle on this. It's not possible to have a rational discussion with someone who is - intentionally or otherwise - irrational.

Actually yes he does. If you want to fight him and he has requests that are allowed by the NSAC he has every right to make them. Like I said:

-- Tyson asked Holyfield to drug test
-- Leonard asked for attached thumbs on gloves
-- Leonard asked for 12 instead of 15 rounds for a championship fight

That last one is AMAZING, but it worked and guess what? It changed boxing.

Interesting choice of words. You say, "Fall for a semantics argument" as though semantics is form of sorcery.

Is there a problem with a company making money? Where are you going with this?

Other than demonstrating that you are displeased with how things are going, you really haven't made any good points, really.

Why did he start with pac?

He already did it with Mosley.

Even if it means what you are trying to make it sound like, it is not an answer to the question.

The question was why did he start with pac.

Since you weren't answering that, what is the answer Marnoff? And why do you answer questions with what you already know is not the answer? To confuse people?

    Stop ****ing lying.

It isn't semantics. It is the facts of the situation.

He asked for it with Pac then negotiations went elswhere so "he never did this with Pac". This is an attempt, but more importantly, he moved away from it.

He asked for, stood firm, and the request was carried out by Mosley (and him). This means that Mosley was the first fight where this was done. It also means this was the first fight where it was "or else no fight".

Knowing these facts, it is easy to read the meaning of his statement. Actually you are arguing semantics. You know what he meant, but you feign ignorance to keep arguing details. Even when clarified you harp on nonsense. This is what you do though.

By that guy's own logic, Pacquiao shouldn't be able to request such an exorbitant weight penalty either, but he did, and it was accepted. Negotiations are negotiations. You ask for some things, you get some of them, you don't get some of them. You reach compromises, or sometimes you don't, and there may or may not be a fight.

It is widely accepted that Hagler accepted too many of Leonard's demands and it may have cost him the fight. That's how it goes.

He DIDN'T start with Pac. This was not a "make or break" issue then. He QUICKLY backed off of it and sought alternatives.

He DID start with Mosley. Agree or no fight.

He ATTEMPTED with Pac because he was concerned Pac might be cheating.

Sometimes man you should really back off of being "intelligent" because many times you miss the point and end up looking kind of silly.
