Is the drug testing window about getting what he wants or protecting the fighters?

If it's about protecting the fighters, why is it in 1 contract and not being petitioned in every athletic commission around the globe?

Is testing adequate to protect boxers or not?

 

Many fighters have said that they would like USADA testing. Fighters in the Super 6. You just choose to ignore this.

Luke it isn't being demanded because for the lower echelons of the sport it just can't be done. For the higher echelons... You use your intelligence to figure that one out.

It isn't a charade. It is a procedure that has an economic impact and can only be used where economically feasible. To make it a sport wide procedure just makes no sense.

 

He did start with Mosley. Never before did he make it an absolute stipulation with no exceptions. That's a fact.

It's not financially plausible, unfortunately, to have such testing in every single fight. Hopefully some day that will change. At least there is a champion for the cause at the very height of the sport.
