    Yes, he turned down Pacquiao and Arum`s terms for the fight.

    This is a thread about Floyd turning down 40 million for a vacation. I am pointing out that Pacquiao is the one who stands to lose more from the fight not happening. Nice deflection.

    Someone, please tell me why Pacquiao should have any leverage.

    No one is controlling anyone.

    If he does not want the PROPOSED contract or has reservations about it, then he should just say so.

    The deadline was for exclusivity only. Meaning that beofre that period, Arum can not negotiate with any other fighter. And exclusivity contracts are always bi=partisan, never a unilateral contract.
