There's no way to know that since he hasn't faced a live dog since 2002. Any elite level fighter can stay undefeated and look great by taking on old guys, guys moving up in weight or C-class fighters like Floyd's done for the last 8 years. But you don't find out how good you truly are that way. Boxing if chalked full of fights where the speedster got out-worked, caught by the big punch or wore down over time, but Floyd refused to face anyone that was ever any threat to do any of those things. If you don't fight the best of your own era, you can't claim best ever. End of discussion.

When you compare the guys he's faced to the guys he hasn't, there's absolutely no question he has avoided the real challenges. It's undeniable. His only fights at 140 were Demarcus Corley, Henry Bruseles and Arturo Gatti. Guys at 140 while he was there, Kostya Tszyu, Zab Judah, Ricky Hatton, Miguel Cotto and Vivian Harris. His fights at 147 have been Shamba Mitchell, Zab Judah, Carlos Baldomir, DLH (at 154) Ricky Hatton, JMM and Shane Mosley. Mitchell and Judah were destroyed by Tszyu at their prime weight of 140. They and Hatton were all more legit fights at 140, and JMM moved up two weight classes and was the loser of his last bout to Pac. And of course he never faced Tzsyu at all. Baldomir was a beltholder because he had also beaten an uninspired Judah, but had 9 losses and 6 draws. Everyone was calling for him to fight Margarito, but he would have none of it. Guys he could've fought since moving up to 147 are, Margarito, Cotto, Clottey, Berto, P-Will, Cintron, Pacquiao. So just a simple, quick, side-by-side comparison of who he fought and who he could've fought reveals Floyd's cowardice since leaving 135.
Mayweather isn't promoted by GBP. He can do whatever he wants. i can see floyd fighting khan he will e a big draw in a year or two. if floyd and pac get it on then i could see arum doing business with floyd again but if not then there is no chance what so ever maybe martiz if he becomes a bigger name and holds the title for another year, if he faces martinez it will be is last fight, he wont move up to come down again, im saying this because when he moved up to face oscar he was small welter, now he is bigger then he may struggle to do it safekly wile adding muscle to fight at middleweight
The only guy on that list Floyd would even consider is Kahn, and it's not because he's the biggest draw, but b/c he's the easiest target on the list. He ain't fighting a real threat. Give that up.

Bull**** Floyd is gona take the money fights and Khan isn't there yet for another 2 years maybe at the babypace that GBP is rolling Khan out. The whole list is not only legitimate but probable.Risk reward analysis makes it all seem obvious. Floyd gets at that middleweight money,where he will be favored to win but clearly will be in danger of geting KO'd Then after his middleweight foray,he can return to welter weight to restore order. It's the path of most danger and least negotiation resistence,as Arum has no hand in either of these fighters affairs.
