Khan - "I'll fight Tim Bradley next"

It's a close one, but would go for Khan close UD points, as i think he is ring savvy enough to look good whilst staying out of trouble, which aint a bad thing. With regards to Alexander, i think Khan needs the Bradley fight to confirm whether or not it would be worth the risk. But if he wants to be taken seriously, he does need to fight one of the two, or at least Maidana

 

I would be pleasantly surprised if this fight came off.

It's a winnable one for Khan.

 

I agree, Bradley has one hell of a chin and thats quite an ace to have, thats why it would be key for khan to occupy Bradley with his speed and to always keep him off balance, easier said than done but its not impossible.

 

At 140, Bradley has more than enough speed.

Bradley by ko for me. I get the argument favouring khan but the way I see it, Khan can't afford to take any solid shots at all. People say Bradley isn't a puncher but he had enough pop to deck fighters with solid chins, we've seen it more than once. Even if Khan fought the fight of his life he's going to get hit back by a fighter as good as Bradley and I don't think he could take it. I really think his chin's that bad.

 

Overrated? No one is saying he gonna beat Pac or Floyd.

He is highly rated and rightly so. He is 23 years old, undefeated and in 20 fights is already the WBC and IBF champ with his last two wins coming by way of stoppage over past or present champs.

I just don't see anyone at 140 outboxing Khan and winning a UD. The only way someone is going to beat Khan is by knocking him out or cutting him up. Any 140 pounder who thinks he is going to win on points against Khan, good luck :good

On what basis are you claiming he is such a great boxer. Who has he really shined against outboxing?

 

True. It really wasn't the right time for it though, and I mean that in Alexanders favour. At that point he lacked the experience he now has, surely you have to agree with mr there? Now I think Bradley should start taking the matchup seriously, Alexander has truly emented himself as the no.2 in the division.

Regardless, I think Bradley did a better job with a better version of Witter, and that whilst the Urango win was a quality one, I don't believe Alexander is the banger some are making him out to be, although he is clearly talented and MOST IMPORTANTLY, has shown to be able to follow a gameplan to a tee.

I wanna see this fight as much as Haye-Wlad or Pac-Floyd: it's a vital 140lb fight IMO, and is endlessly intriguing. Think Timmy takes it.
