If Pacquiao agreed to the drug testing then the fight probably would've happened already. He should've agreed to it and kicked his ass. Make it backfire on Floyd.

Does it really matter? If Pacquiao was ducking Floyd then, why would he change his mind now? He wouldn't. Things just fell apart first time because of all the bull**** in the press, which was why everything the second time around was discreet.

When everything was agreed upon, Mayweather turned the fight down and Pacquiao accepted it.

Well it's safe to say the verdict is out on Mayweather. He can believe what he wants, but as of now 84% of boxing fans (according this poll) thinks he ducking.

Like I said earlier, a few months later. Pacquiao didn't agree to everything the first time.

How do you arrive at the conclusion that they ever started negotiations?

What makes him so guilty is that he wasn't as vocal about his "vacation" as he should've been. If he wanted a break fine but don't just say nothing. The fight was available to him and had big demand but he turned it down. That's a duck in my opinion.

It seems as though you are extremely confident in Pac winning this fight correct? All I ask is that you show up the Sunday after and take your medicine seeing as how you have been quick to jump on a soap box and spew this coward, "0" disappearing ****. The fight is going to happen and when it does, it's going to end the way most people know it will and you are going to be a sad man. I've been there, but remember you are bringing this on yourself.

If Floyd never got the "itch" to what he claims was his committment to clean up the sport, he wouldn't have ever demanded olympic style testing and the fight WOULD have been made. No if and or buts about it. Creating the platform for demanding the tests by allegations him and his team spread about Manny...the man he was suppose to have wanted to "expose" as hype, only set the table for the collapse of the fight. Therefore Floyd created the obstalce that killed the fight back in March and yet again...>Floyd set the table for the collapse of the 2nd round of negotiations by demanding a larger purse than what was originally agreed to.

All you guys sound like Larry Merchant going on one of his senile "poetic" end fight speeches. Tell me man, what was agreed upon in terms of blood testing, what were the terms in terms of purse split, where did the negotiations take place, what venue was agreed upon, what size ring, what kind of gloves? I ask these things because while you assume their were negotiations, I don't know that because I've seen nothing other than Arum saying so, to substantiate that. There has been no back and forth dialogue, there has been no "agreements" and if so please tell me what they were (questions asked above), I'm not defending anything I'm just telling you that I don't know that there ever was negotiations, there may have been some casual conversations and whatever but I haven't seen anything else.

It's a blatant duck by Floyd. Why'd he come out of retirement only to go on vacation after just 2 fights? The proposed date isn't until November? He and Ellebre can go away for a little vacation, come back and train for this fight....what's the problem Floyd?

To those claiming that Pac ducked the 1st time, GTFOH with that ****. Funny cuz I never heard of such claims before PBF ducked this second time around. Now they want to even the score to make themselves feel better  What happened the 1st time was a FAILED NEGOTIATION. This time PBF just didn't want it. HUGE DIFFERENCE you ****in DOLTS.

Nobody knows the details because of the press ban on both sides. We do, however, know that both sides came to an agreement on blood testing and money, which were the dividing points.

To paraphrase, I think, the BBC: "Floyd had no objections" and it's obvious he didn't or he would have said. Whatever both sides agreed to, Mayweather was fine with. That's just a fact.
