quit trolling badcock and sort your vcash out :nut chads gonna get his american hype-job glass jaw smashed to smitherines by a B-level carl froch victim
Last I checked Dawson was 29-0-0. Where is this supposed chin weakness coming from? Pascal couldn't put down Froch because his punch technique is less than stellar. Dawson is 2 steps above Froch in defense. I see Dawson frustrating the hell out of Pascal and the latter showing the same form as he did against Froch. It is a downward spiral.
Dawson defence is near perfect and is deplacement are really good so he it is hard to caught him solid! i don't say is not good! But i think that when he will take time out in a round like he uselly do Pascal will capitalize on those moments and it could be the end of the fight!
Any word if this fight was still on schedule? Didn't Pascal have surgery that made it 'iffy'? Dawson is a bad first fight back from serious surgery.
Chad can do so many things in the ring...and he is getting physically stronger...he is talented, man, cannot deny that...slippery like an eel...whoever (if) ever beats will have pulled off something special...
Thank for the scoop Scully...I'm really looking foward to this fight...Dawson is going to take Pascal to school! Dawson combination punching, his footwork, and his will to impress will be too much for Pascal IMO. Cant wait!
:rofl He does that then, he's bound to stun Dawson. Seriously, I think Pascal will push Dawson to be at his best...He's going to see a different Dawson I think..A more sharper, more focused Dawson!:good
Chad in another era would be a HUGE star...and, pout it this way..how good is he? Hopkins never mentions his name...
Arum gets a lot of flack for his remarks on the conference call about other promoters not really doing their jobs correctly, just cashing in on the TV money and not really trying to build up their fighters image outside what HBO/Showtime is willing to do. I think he has a point. Chad Dawson, Paul Williams. Where is the fan base they deserve?
We need NETWORK TV back...take light heavies for example...no, take MIDDLEWEIGHTS...because of network TV in the 80's I was as familiar with (off the top of my head!) Scypion, Ramos, Lee, Sims, Collins, Kinchen, Sutherland, SIngletary, Hamsho, Czyz, Parker, Nunn, Tate, Olijade and Barkley as I was SUGAR RAY LEONARD...network TV made top 10 boxers BIG...
I've been saying this on this board for a while now... Unfortunately, things won't change as long as people dish out their money for PPVs...and HBO or SHOWTIME guarantee millions for other fights...
When Pavlik won his title Arum TALKED about getting him on network TV to make him a bigger name. That is the only time I remember any promoter talking about it.
