If Pac had agreed to USADA testing I am POSITIVE not only would Team Pac say it in the press, the USADA would issue a statement that the are eager and ready to provide their services so testing is NOT an issue stopping this fight.

FACT - Pac said he would accept 14 days
FACT - Mayweather said he would only accept USADA random testing
FACT - Mayweather said No test. No fight.
