''I wouldn't be doing this if I didn't think I could win,'' said Briggs, before his return to the ring after retiring three years ago. ''I'm coming to give Danny nightmares.'' Green (29-3, 26KO) is approaching the bout with caution, aware that Briggs (26-3, 18KO) has the power to finish him with one clean shot despite his ring-rust. My son made his own belt from cardboard and tinfoil this morning. If Green is willing to pay the sanctioning fee then we are happy to put it up for the winner. Hell if we get down to the newsagent and get some more cardboard we may even elevate him to super champ seeing as he will then have unified us and the IBO.

yep!:good fenech said some fair dinkum things like, at 34, you cant get fit in 6 weeks. love him of hate him. fenech knows boxing and fitness. after working with briggs he knows his physical state. nsw banned the fight.......dont that tell you something? moderators have stopped me from starting threads. if i could start one... id post.. IF BRIGGS GETS HURT, WHO GETS CHARGED WITH MURDER? we know he has problems. if it is true, he shouldnt fight. money or not. if he is allowed to fight, and doctors etc know he is disabled, if he gets really badly hurt, or even worse, who should take the blame?
Fenechs just a bitter *****. Can't stand seeing anyone else grabbing the headlines. I bet deep down he was so glad Vic's attempt at 4 titles in 4 divisions didn't come off. It must eat at him that Hyder snuck in on the money train with Green & he got the side tracks.
