Everyone masters their own art because they created it. Anyone can invent their own art bruce lee didn't invent any art he created a philosophy he preached noone should learn from a set sylabus because evryone is unique it cannot be called an art it is a philosophy. the nearest thing he came to creating as an art would be jun fan gung fu and that was what he taught his early students.

You claim he is a hero but where? he is a hero of martial arts movies and pioneering kung fu in america but no more. Yuan jia, ip man, the cantonese tigers etc these are considered heros in china because these men (possibly excluding ip man) fought life and death fights and accomplished great feats for the people not for personal gain or fame.

If you read up on bruce lee you will find that many of the stories about him are false and he would not be an mma champion today. He made use of many strategies that would be banned in mma and for all his hype he was never a fighter he competed in boxing a little when he was still in hong kong but other than that he was not a proffessional fighter nor had the relevant experience.

Bodyfat percentage claims are very rarely tested properly tbh, even bodybuilding shows i went to it was rare you heared mention of body fat percentages, infact the only time i hear about BF% is when im online and someone is saying their 300pound at 3% bodyfat to impress a bunch of people theyve never met online.

I have the book boxing lad is talking about and the pictures hes refering too are taken well to make bruce's physique look its best from its best angles, many taken in sharp light or bright sunlight and obveousely in black and white which also creates the illusion of a leaner physique, these pictures are taken at a time when bruce was working on appearance rather than function it states that in the book.

Fact is low BF is hard work and maintaining it for a fight is a stupid idea because your whole body functions even your brain functions will be suffering for it, you may look the buisness in the weigh in but id rather be the one looking the buisness during and after the bout wouldnt you? anytime i see a fighter in increadibly good shape with low bodyfat i always suspect they have sacrificed energy and strength to achieve it, and when you think of it in those terms. for a holiday in spain sure why not? but for a fight? no thanks ill be concentrating on other things running upto the fight and you can concentrate on your bodyfat if you want :)

Some people are just naturally lean and can reach low bf%'s just by training. I haven't trained for 5 months (knee issues) but Im still around 10%. I had a 6pack when I was 5 for christ sakes. I can get around 7-8ishish just with my regular training routine (which is still 3 hours a day [most days] at varying intensities however) without any special diet. When I did keep my eating very clean I definitely got to 6% at least. So your not always giving anything up, some dudes burn through fat easily. I feel my best at about 8% tho.
