Tell me this......if Josh threw the fight why are you bringing up the sparring and trainer issues? It doesn't take much to "throw" a fight. The bonus was probably due to the fact that if Josh lasted 12 rounds with Manny he'd get his perk.....and Josh found a way to survive.

Shane had a terrible performance but he's a part owner in Golden boy so his purse was what they agreed to but he also go perks and bonuses as a partner who promotes Floyd. I don't trust Bob myself....but Schafer, King and the rest of them aren't any better.

 

Because it is all connected. More than one way to ensure that a guy ain't 100% in that ring. We will never know though so it is not really an issue. You know me man I am just throwing some Pac-salt.

Pac got the win. Clottey got 1.5 million and a bonus of the same. Everybody won. Just like JMM won when he got that $600K bonus for Mayweather being over the weight limit.

That's real talk.....I get that. Boxing nowadays is more business centric than anything else which is good and bad. I only complain when the business side prevents fights from happening but at the end of the day I'm not the one putting my life on the line in the ring either. But I pay a grip for PPVs....I think I can have my own opinion.
