Yes. He was a last minute replacement for Victor Oganov. And I scored the fight a draw. In reality, Simms probably needed a knockout to win, but he certainly could have won on my card if he hadn't gassed out the second half of the fight.
I had just forgotten that horrible fight. Thanks for bringing it back up. I want that 45 minutes of my life back.
oh yeah thats right Oganov was the one he was meant to fight. I can't remember how I scored it, I do remember thinking Green was stinking out the joint but a draw? wow.
With less than a week's training and old as expired Twinkies, he gave Green absolute hell. Oganov, mediocre as he is, would probably have knocked Green out. The man simply isn't even close to world class. His fans are among the most deluded you'll find.
