It looks like Briggs got hit in the temple with an elbow, completely by accident. I don't think it was a foul. Green's arm is bent on the jab, it grazes across the head, and follows past, and Green's elbow looks like it makes contact with the side of Brigg's head. Now, there's only one angle in that video, and other shots would be helpful.
