Who would Floyd find the tougher opponent: Williams or Martinez?

Assuming Floyd fought both guys at the same weight class (both Williams & Martinez alternate between 154 and 160, but let's assume PBF fights both men at just one of these weights, and so remove weight as a consideration from the discussion), who would be the more difficult fight?

Although I think Martinez beat Williams, stylistically I believe Williams would be the tougher night.

Who do you think, and why?

Martinez. Williams seems to have real problems with counterpunchers. Williams is a physical freak, but he has a ton of technical flaws. There's a good chance he would get picked apart against Mayweather. Mayweather vs. Martinez is a 50/50 fight.

Martinez would have a good shot at beating Floyd. I do however, think people are reaching when they claim Williams would give him problems. Williams is wide open and makes way too many mistakes. Floyd would beat him 8-4.

Martinez could beat him cause he's pretty fast and he's quite bigger. Williams has good physical tools but he's just too damn open and Mayweather will box circles around him.

Martinez. Williams has quite a longer reach but i think Martinez has better balance and movement.

    Martinez.
It is a matter of style. Martinez is less likely to stand in front of Mayweather than Williams is.

I'm not so sure, at first I thought Martinez, but I think his "in-out!" style is something that Floyd could exploit more than he could Williams i.e. Martinez might just jump straight into on coming traffic, whereas Williams wouldn't be quite so exploitable (in this sense that is).

Just something I thought I'd throw out there like.

Martinez's in and out style is what gives him the better chance.
One of the reasons Mayweather wins is that his oppoennts play into his hands and stand and trade with him. Williams will be in the most danger when he dose trade with Matweather. He dose have a habit of staying on the inside too long at times.
Williams on the other hand is going to be right in front of Mayweather all fight. Giving Mayweather all the countering chances he wants.
