Guess what, David Haye and, Alexander Povetkin want no part of the Klitschkos, because for them, getting KTFO or getting beaten up for 12 rounds AND stopped seconds remaining is too much price for a couple of millions.

On the other hand, they still want to earn some cash this year, and they're becoming pretty f*cking huge names due to the negative press they're getting, and how genious it would be dear Herm if common promoter Wilfried Sauerland used this free promotion to make Haye vs. Povetkin for the end of the year?

It would be a sellout with the many fans and the lot more angered viewers tuning in for this shootout that would be a very good money fight for both sides and ultimately a lot more winnable. Both Povetkin and Haye has some ties with Sauerland who could bring the German, UK and Russian money in, and maybe even sell it to US TV while the Klischko's being left out.

It sounds too good not to happen.

Yep, these goofballs have gotten enough free promotion from NOT fighting the Klitschko brothers. Pathetic.

Nah. Too evenly matched. Neither guy will take this fight. Think the Tua/Barret level and then lower your expectations from there. Paul Briggs is free.....

    Haye vs Harrison
    Povetkin vs Valuev
    sounds more likely somehow.

I had prefered Wlad vs Povetkin, Peter vs Adamek but if it comes off Haye vs Povetkin could be a good action fight actually..

Povetkin takes him apart unless Teddy Atlas has completely fu(ked up his game.

It's absolutely incredible. I hate the way young Klitschko is getting jerked around by these cowards who literally sign contracts with him just to back out. The guy is a class operator and has to deal with all of this clowning around while he is trying desperately hard - even making an all-time great call-out video - to make the fights the fans are craving.

When you're talking to him, ask if he'll agree to fight both Haye and Povetkin on the same day, with a coin flip deciding who gets to be decapitated first. See if that'll lure them into a fight.

Povetkin knows he cannot win against a klit. At least he's being honest with himself.

Honest with himself would have been giving up the #1 spot a year ago... not making wlad try and get a deal done before then go through "purse Bid" and all this crap and not showing to a presser.... thats a lot of cash to put those things on.

Be a man... tell us 'im not ready yet" and move on.... more respect that way then what he has done IMO

Looks like Atlas wanted Povetkin out. Still, they should make this one!
