Both fighters have more than enough Boxing related "good" things to debate and call each others' fan base names about without having to go into race attacks.

 

WOW! Don't place me in that group homie....Baldo would have never graced the P4P charts in my honest opinion nor have I ever heard that Baldo was above Floyd EVER in the P4P ranks that acutally count.

I do however think that his fight with DLH was VERY close.....I thought Floyd edged it by 2 rounds, but still VERY close. I wouldn't have called it a robbery either way had DLH got the nod, but I would have called it the wrong decision....lets just be happy they got it right!:good

I actully didn't give Hatton a snow balls chance in hell against Floyd or Manny bro. I was acutally surprised that Hatton made it 10 rounds with Floyd and had Floyd saying emphatically Rick was his hardest challenge to date.

I never, EVER said Floyd was afraid of Shane or ducked Shane. I gave Floyd props for taking him on and expected Floyd to win....not as dominatly as he did.....but still, he did what I expected and was rooting for him.

Floyd creates his own bed he has to sleep in based on his actions....the allegations, demands for testing ect. .ect.. ect... I'm sorry bro...that don't scream CONFIDENCE. Especially given the fact Manny is the smaller guy moving up in weight and Floyd has basically told anyone who would listen in the past that "MANNY WASN'T ****".....so lace the **** up and fight if Manny ain't ****. Let you actions speak and stop letting your mouth and contradictions form public perception.

Martinez and Paul are MW's....I'm blown that I'm even mentioning Floyd and Manny as potential opponents b/c 3 or 4 yrs ago I would have clowned someone for talking that ****.

But 160 from 106.....that's pushing it...Manny is human after all no matter what you think. I think 147 will be his limit and at that weight he's not at his best. 140 PAC is solid and no one beats him there. Which is why you see Manny moving up to SEEK CHALLENGES....NOT AVOID THEM.

Well the fact that Dan Rafael did it and still can show his face to the Boxing public is evidence enough of DEEP bias in the Boxing media and establishment against FMJ. Brian Kenny has a string of videos of who FMJ was scared of. Each time, Brain Kenny was made to look like a fool.

I don't know if you box, but I just don't see the correlation between lacking confidence and wanting a fair fight. Anyone who actually participates in this sport knows how important conditioning is. If a guy is altering his performance it is VERY dangerous. How could ANYONE who loves boxing NOT support drug testing? And no, just because you say you can kick a guys butt does not mean you want to meat him in an unfair fight. It just is a total mental disconnect for me.

It is the same thing for FMJ. You guys never hold Manny to the same standard. You either over blow Manny's achievements, make excuses not to give Mayweather credit, and/or ask Mayweather to do things that none of you ask Manny to do. All well and good, but either he is EQUAL or he is NOT EQUAL. You can't have both.

I ain't gonna lie.....Floyd catches a bad wrap. One he doesn't always deserve! Floyd is the best boxer this era has seen....skill wise but his persona creates the fuel that burns his rep up! At teh end of day he handles business in the ring. I respect that and Yes....boxed for 7 yrs...

I agree! Skillwise, Floyd is the best boxer of this era and probably of all time. Floyd indeed has the skills to beat the greats of any era. Years from now people would be saying that Floyd could had been the best boxer of all time if only he had the balls to face the biggest challenges of his career!:yep
