Mundine: Green should be charged

Mundine has fought more bums then I see walking the streets at night. they might not take a dive like Briggs but where is the risk fighting someone like Ellis?

 

there is a difference though.

Green called briggs out not the other way around

Lester was talking **** about Mundine BIG time for a long time and mundine initially told him to get ****ed and then ended up beating him.

M v L was not a title fight, a world title fight at that at a catch weight 6kgs less than the actual real weight.

 

Don't forget the fact Ellis campaigned at LWW/WW and had to come up to 168 to fight Mundine too, CHB :yep

 

No mate, Briggs was shopping around for a fight against Mundine and/or Green for some time - he was going to come out of retirement to fight Mundine at 168 a couple of years ago. Green did not call Briggs out.

Ellis' flight to the Gold Coast was paid for by Team Mundine and it was all pre-arranged that Ellis would jump in the ring after the fight and challenge Mundine. It came out afterwards in a 60 minutes interview that Ellis was drunk when he fought Mundine and that Mundine claimed he was trying to help Ellis out of his hole by giving him a payday.

 

They're both absolute bull**** match-ups that should never have happened.

It's like comparing too ugly shielas - who cares if one's fractionally uglier?

 

its a shame with both Green and Mundine,i bet alot of the old time fighters would be ashamed at these mismatches and circus shows these blokes put on let alone the money they make

regardless of briggs being greens opponent last night, it is briggs himself that is responsible for the sham in the ring.

mundine was demanding mayweather to fight him to determine who is p4p no.1 in the world and then fights the 7th ranked light middleweight of argentina ffs, and charged $50 to watch the bull****.

he should be ashamed of himself.

 

I think the timelines are blurry. I was aware that he was chasing mundine or green but that was as he was retiring or very early after...

let's get the facts right;
- briggs apporached greens manager after the siaca fight in perth FACT
- briggs therefore had over 3 months notice- more than enough time FACT
- less than 12 motnhs ago Mundines crew approached Brigss to fight Mundine FACT
- fenech just charged people to watch him fight nelson when nelson was told it was an exihibition FACT
- fenech 4 weeks ago was in briggs camp saying he would KO Green FACT

 

mundine is a faker...but at least that was some on some in ring hype.

green was in on the shenanigans with briggs.... if briggs did a better acting job..he wouldn't have had a problem with the situation.

He would have had to move back up to atleast fight at LH...

 

cause mundine has been fighting no.7th ranked argies for years and be charging $50 to watch it, meanwhile professing to be the most talented boxer in history and that he is gunna fight pavlik, sturm, hopkins next.

green has only been carrying on like a pork chop since he beat jones at least, and at least tried real hard to get hopkins, tarver etc. to come here, and not just talked crap. yes greens choice to fight siaca and briggs was a shocking choice, i fully agree with these choices being very dissapointing.

but yes they have both been raping the publics wallets.

 

saying he is going to "make it up to the public" his next fight is not good enough.
