You're a Hopkins hater and a known fool, anything you say there is a load of rubbish anyway.

Hopkins was a great win. Yes he wasn't prime and was old but he was the best possible fighter Joe could have thought, the highest on the p4p rankings near him in weight. Anyone who shits on that win is a ****ing arsehole.

There was actually negotiations to fight Hopkins at some point before that broke down but I'm not getting into that, read what I've said, who should Joe have fought then? Your shitting on a win against a man who at the time was considered the best active fighter in the ****ing world aside from Marquez and Pacman who Joe could not fight. What the **** do you want from him?! Who the **** should he have fought? Joe fought at super middle weight at an admittedly dry time and beat every name worth having on the resume apart from a prime Jones Jr. Yes Jones Jr would have probably whooped Joe but he was out of this world.

I'm merely saying that the Hopkins win was great and the greatest possible win he could have had at that time in his career.

Remember also that Hopkins backed out of fighting Joe and he understandably wasnt on Jones radar, but we know now that Jones was a a cheat

    1. Mikkel Kessler - Andre Ward and Carl Froch made this Calzaghe win look weaker. Calzaghe struggled with Kessler in the opening rounds, Ward whooped Kessler from the opening bell.

    2. Bernard Hopkins - Not really a great win (SD, and got hit with straight right all night, and got Knocked down by a past it 43 year old man) still Calzaghe did throw many slaps and good workrate, also the only P4P fighter Calzaghe fought in his life.

    3. Jeff Lacy - Undefeated hypejob whos best win was old men in Reid and Pemberton. Still Lacy was undefeated and had good KO power, although hypejob.

    4. Chris Eubank - Was training to fight Mark - who the **** - Prince at LHW, then 2 weeks before the fight was assigned a far more difficult task in fighting undefeated upcoming Calzaghe at a lower weight class. Eubank arrived weight drained and past it then moved up 2 weight classes where he was alot more comfortable as he showed in his fights. Also Eubank was looking rubbish in his previous fights. Still Eubank was experienced so give Calzaghe credit for that.

    5. Robin Reid - A fight where Calzaghe was getting beat up by Reid makes it to Calzaghe's top 5 wins.

    6. Byron Mitchell - Calzaghe best KO win, and that says alot since Calzaghe has a 70% KO ratio and his best KO win is against Mitchell.

    7. Richie Woodhall - Was a former MW was knocked out by a MW, and was knocked down 3 times by a green Markus Beyer. His best win was Thulani Malinga, nonetheless Woodhall was a former WBC SMW champion.

    8. Charles Brewer - had 8 losses

    9. Roy Jones Jr - Was fighter of the decade a decade ago.

    10. Sakio Bika - Former Austrailian MW champ.

Veit was never a champ and a german hypejob. Evans Ashira went back to MW to get beaten up by Howard Eastman. Tocker Pudwill was useless. David Starie is no where near top level.

I saw that. I started mine yesterday afternoon though. Not much of a response. I think it went into the graveyard of lost threads..........

Yours is a liiiiiiiiiiiiiittle bit less objective....don't you think?

Seriously if you have that version of Jones as one of his top 10 wins then it basically means 2 things:
you don't know **** about boxing or Calzaghe's resume is really pitiful.
