To get ESPN3.com, you have to have internet access via one of the providers listed on their site. Luckily, mine is listed!

Ya, my brother is pissed, because he just checked, and his internet provider (Time Warner) isn't one of those listed.

Regular PPV, or Internet PPV would both be much better. Because as of right now, my brother has NO option at all to see the fight, other than waiting a couple days, which is a joke. With a PPV at least he would have the option to purchase....ESPN3.com leaves no option.

In America yes. It is your mentality that where you can not succeed you just ignore.

That's for sure. I was just on the phone with my brother and he was saying "How is Wladimir ever going to get traction in the US when he's on ESPN3.com. It's the Heavyweight championship of the World....should be EASY access for everyone to watch."

    I agree.
I hope for a better option, but if all else fails I'll be ready.

 I agree that Wlad's lack of appeal in the states has something to do with his nationality, but it's not everything. His style does not appeal to a lot of people. I'm not one of them, but I can understand it. Boxing as a whole is less popular in the States. It's just the tip of the iceberg.

Jeeez. Wlad is the heavyweight champion of the world, in his prime. He can't seem to get a fight together with his mandatory or voluntary defense. He's gaining respect as he continues to dominate, and yet he can't seem to get a fight on a major network. He's in a quandary. What next?

Well to be honest you are right on this...

For example, You have there Chad Dawson.. we all can see how damn skilled Chad is and he is king on lightheavy but somehow he doesnt get attention of big audience. he doesnt bring huge excitement kinda like Wlad.

Is there some reason this has to be on ESPN? Why not pitch the fight for 250K to other national TV stations?
