This fight definetely has a lot of similarities to Pac/Clottey

now all we need is Teddy to say "BANG BANG BANG"

I'd interpret them to be the exact same thing.

"If the boxer who was knocked down dominated the rest of that round he can reduce the score to 10-9 in favor of his opponent."

"Dominated" in that context just means "won". You might be reading too much into the word itself. Otherwise it's way too vague. It would be ridiculous to score rounds 10-8 to the loser of a round because he happened to produce a flash knockdown. If there is such a rule in place, it's a horrible one.

Whatever. Stopping it now, but you're wrong.

Uzelkov is doing nothing except blinking a lot.

If his plan is to wait for Beibut to completely gas, he might be waiting all night.

    Round 8

Beibut lands a BIG uppercut after Uzelkov clowns. Uzelkov not doing much, just walking forward alot. Uzelkov is literally doing almost nothing offensively. Beibut getting a breather. Antoher round to beibut, simply on work.

    78-72 beibut

    Round 8

Shumenov jabs his way forward, and clubs Uzelkov to the ropes with a pair of right hands; then brings it around as an uppercut to the chin as Uzelkov lays back on them. Uzelkov follows Shumenov around and tries to hook at him in mid-step. Shumenov is too aware of the hook and keeps circling away from the power hand. Shumenov stepping in and out with a 1-2. Uzelkov wraps his arms around the back of Shumenov's head in an awkward clinch.

Shumenov is looking much better with his movement and punch selection, but part of that obviously is Uzelkov's lack of interest.

    Round 9

Beibut working, uzelkov moving forward and doing almost nothing. Beibut wins, barring a crazy ko.

    8-1 beibut

I think he mentally quit after being knocked down. Doesn't want to risk getting tagged again.
