    what happened to you on the briggs fight was not your fault.you gave a guy a chance to have a crack at your world title.you needed to stay active and you gave briggs a chance...mike tyson gave holmes a chance,kosta tyzu gave brambles a chance,micheal moore gave foreman a chance and the list goes on.boxing champs have always given past contenders a crack at a title.its what the public wants,one last crack at a title for sentimental purposes.and you did that.what unfolded was things out of your control and people used your goodwill to make money off your good reputation....**** happens,it only makes us stronger.life is a jungle out there and some people are desperate to go to extraodinary lenghts to make money.but lets move on and put things in perspective.
    you still have got goodwill.especially in perth.come out and do a press conference and express your disapointment.tell the people you will make it up to them.spend some money and put on a great card.your the champ and tell the public that its all for them.in times like this the champ needs to rise to the occasion...GREEN YOU ARE THE CHAMPION..!

    i think you will find that our cruiserweight champion (who fights light heavyweights at 84kgs) will fight Shane Cameron next. Hardly what i would expect from a top ranked champ... i guess Dawson, Huck and Cunningham must be dodging him because he is too dangerous....
    i still love watching danny fight, but get frustrated at people losing all perspective and thinking he is the best aussie thing in boxing, when he wont even face a true cruiserweight, let alone another champ or someone ranked top 5. i will definately not be purchasing another of his ppv's if he fights cameron... will probably watch at the pub, though that will be more for my love of beer than my excitement of that match up.

    I hate to tell you this but Danny Green is a bit of a joke his last two fights have been jokes and if he was a serious fighter looking to rule the world he wouldn't take on those type of opponents.

    he should have capitalised on the rjj win, but he clearly is intrested in a few more paypackets & not really intrested in tough fights, i heard troy ross wanted to fight him, wouldnt that have been good exposure in the states for him? its frustrating that the genral public dont really know who briggs is considering he had done more for aussie boxing & had better opposition than green.

    Mr Doctor your a wanker m8. Take off your Danny Green glasses and have a real farkn look at whats going on. Your Boy Danny Green is a DOG! and here is the proof... He Retracted his statment claiming that he did infact Hit Briggs after he stated on TV that Paul Dogged it, Danny must thnk we are all deaf dumb and blind lol, EVERYONE ive shown the clip to in thailand agrees that Paul took a dive. Danny is worse than a political with the crap thats coming out of his mouth!

    One must ask the question.. Why exactly did Danny Green come out of retirement? Was it to take the boxing world by storm and win as many belts as possible and secure his legacy as a boxer or was it for the money?


    On that note, where is BruaFag? i notice he has disspeard pretty fast lol

    so briggs takes a dive,like you said...then green saves briggs face the next day and you call green a dog...wow .....! how are those ladyboys in thailand going?do they smell nice.

    While your writing your open letter why not write one to Green promotions as well?

    I have 1 question you can ask them...

    Q: What sort of promoter puts on a world title fight against a guy who has been retired for 3.5 years?

    ashley...like the same promoters who gave guys a shot against mundine,tyson,holmes,marciano,kosta the list goes on and on.
    c,mon ash we know they are called wildcards but we like to see them.
    you should know that.and if you dont,why not.

    Sorry mate...you will need to help me out here...I dont recall any of chocs fights that he fought for world titles that were against guys who had been retired 3 years :huh
