Schaefer Challanges Arum to A Lie Detector Test

Basicaly Schaefer is calling Arums bluff and saying take a lie detector test with him to see who is telling the truth about the negotiations

Well, this just sounds fun! I say Arum should take the test if has has nothing to hide! Smart from Schaefer actually!

 

We need a lie detector test to know that Bob Arum is lying 99% of the time? The guy can't hold a conversation for even a minute without throwing in some kind of bull**** lie.

 

Arum's definitely gonna ask for a cutoff time as to how long the test lasts...

 

What Schaefer said is interesting because he didn't flat out deny negotiations took place. He just said he stands by Ellerbe and wants Arum to take a test, whichhe knows he won't do.

I think Pacquiao called Mayweather's bluff by accepting the additional testing and less than 50%. Maybe Arum should call their bluff and prove he's telling the truth?

...providing he is, anyway. I still think we should accept what he says, even if you think he's a liar, purely because we know for a fact Mayweather demanded more money and testing for this round of negotiations and later, De La Hoya said the negotiations are going well. If it was just Arum, I'd be heavily doubting his version right now, but because both sides have commented about the negotiations, I think it's safe to assume they happened.

Of course, seeing as Schaefer and Ellerbe are on the same side, why doesn't he ask Ellerbe to take a test? He knows Arum is going to go through with a test but if he gets Ellerbe or Haymon to take a test and prove negotiations never took place, the result is the same as if Arum got caught lying. It seems they aren't going to do that though...why?
