I'd rather wait for those fights than whatever America has to offer. There are a handful of elite American boxers who have any warrior spirit. Sadly, in recent years, Calvin Brock has been the most daring. America will continue to breed heartless fighters, like Johnson or Chambers, who disgrace the fans even more as they turn up for a paycheck and their ambition is to not get destroyed. At least Haye and Povetkin aren't charging the fans to see a cowardly performance and would actually fight.

America's heavyweights are the same as the majority of their fighters. No pride in battle. Dirrell, Ward, Campbell...Johnson, Chambers and Thompson are just bigger versions with the same heart - Which happens to be the same size as Mayweather's bollocks.

How didnt Thompson, Arreola or Chambers not show heart in battle? They came forward until Klitscko put them down, they never stopped. Same with Dirrell or Ward who likewise would never stop in a real test. Ward who came forward against a so-called "power puncher" in Kessler when everyone thought he'd box off the back foot. Or Dirrell who fought in reach of Abraham when everyone figured he'd run.

Hell Areolla was a blood mess still coming forward when the fight was clearly finished.

Now compare that to the limey *** Haye who was called a ***** a youtube and still wont fight after he was "supposed to take back the heavyweight division"

To be fair, Ward does have heart. He just makes fights ugly when he could win so much easier. He hasn't got much fighting spirit but he's a good fighter.

Dirrell though? He has zero heart. He should have had his purse taken from him after the Froch fight and as further, adequate punishment, he should have been booted out with Taylor. Can you name me a more disgraceful performance from a challenger?

He was mentally intimidated by his first big fight I think, and he honestly should have won that **** by a mile(imo he was robbed by judges), but he certainly came back roaring with king arthur am I right? He certainly didnt fight scared in that bout.

It was Dirrells first 12 round fight in his entire career. And yet he hurt Froch and made him look like the unskilled bum he was, even though the European judges robbed him of his first great victory of what is to be a stellar career.

Disgraceful lol?

He then comes back and schools the so-called favorite of the tournament. How is that lacking heart dope?

Arreola took his beating like a man. Chambers fought for a round or two, realised he had no chance and tucked his balls in between his legs and tried to avoid being knocked out. Thompson was the same. As soon as he got hurt, he lost his desire to win.

I'm not saying fighters should go for a knockout if the only result is a KO against them, but they didn't show any desire to win, when they knew they were outclassed. Compare that to American fighters of 15+ years ago. Even if they weren't that good, they didn't fight like bitches. Look at Foster against Frazier or Holmes against Tyson. They never stood a chance but showed heart.

And Haye is a warrior in the ring. That's been proven countless times.

You ask "how is that lacking heart" yet none of your points defend him running like a coward all night. Just more going off on a tangent like you've got Alzheimers.

Name me ONE more disgraceful performance from a challenger. Even Ibragimov, since we are talking about the Klitschko's, tried more.

Chambers and Thompson both came forward for the majority of the fight. Both could have fought to survive, but got knocked out precisely because of their desire to win. Hell Chambers was fighting hurt for probably 8 rounds of that fight, hopelessly undersized and outclassed. But atleast he had the balls to fight the best. Something that isnt very common when you look at the vst majority of British fighters over the last decade, who will do anything to avoid fighting hte best for as long as they can if they dont have to.

Hell Thompson probably had the best showing aginst Wlad since the last time he lost.

Compare that to American fighters of 15+ years ago. Even if they weren't that good, they didn't fight like bitches.

He's a warrior against overmatched opponents. But bitches up when he has to get in the ring with true great. I know if another fighter called me a ***** on youtube after all the **** i've been talking I'd better take the fight.

Haye in the end is another Khan or Hatton, who'll be carefully managed until they ste up in class and get sparked.

From my recollection, Thompson who was very much outskilled, kept coming and throwing good shots and took a legit beating. He in fact gave wlad his best fight of late.

Didn't see all of chambers, but again at least he gave it a go for awhile even if he went into a shell as you said after a couple of rounds -- the guy is like 2/3's wlad's size you do know

IMO there's no valid excuse for Povetkin. He woudl only gain by stepping up to a fight his team all but finalized. Even if he loses, he wins (money, recognition that will lead to other shots or big fights like so many other hws, et) cuz no one expects him to win so long as he doesn't get murdered. The guy is 30 a former olympian with 19 pro fights who already said he wasn't ready two years ago.

He didnt run. He boxed. Infact I was surprised about how little movement Dirrell actually utilized. Maybe you should watch the fight again, because Dirrell did very little running. Using your legs is not "running" What Camacho did against Chavez was running. What Dirrell did against Froch which was try and box intelligent, giving Froch TOO much respect is not the same as that.

Considering Dirrell hurt Froch, in most peoples opinions beat the champion in only his first 12 round fight, Id say ibragimov was far more embarrassing.

I fail to see how you can hurt the champion, in many opinion beat the champion, in only your first big fight and be considered a disgrace, but whatever Brit.

I remember thinking tha Thompson was going to beat Wlad after the first 6 rounds. But Wlads pnches just take a toll on you.

And yeah Chambers was great considering he was half Wlads size.

Povetkin and Haye have no excuses. Boy cant wait for Wilder to be ready, maybe then we'll get a real fight if the klitsckos are still around.
