Im not a Mayweather fan but if Pacquiao would agree to 100% random testing, which he honestly should; then the fight would be happening..... The reality is that Pacquiao is doing himself alot of damage in this fight. Pac vs. Margarito will not do over 1 Million buys. He also will not outdo what Mosley did.
I have a bigger problem with Margarito getting an undeserved shot against Pac. He ought to be facing Cotto next so we can put an end to the mystery wraps controversy. The winner could then become legitimately viable for Pac.
There is quite a big difference between what Luis Resto did, which was to remove stuffing from the gloves which he knew would increase the damage he was inflicting, and what Margarito (or rather, his team) did which was to put an object in the wraps which even the commission that banned him have at no point claimed would have increased the damage done by Margarito's punches. I don't condone what Margarito's team did, not in the slightest, but it is not the same as what Resto did.

He is either going to fight Cotto or Marquez again but he won't get much credit for it. I'm not defending Margarito but there is no proof that he used plaster against Cotto or his previous fights before Mosley.
Pac doesn't have a choice. Bob never so much as considered other opponents. Yea, he could say no to both and get sued for breach of contract. Who knows what is in the fine print but those old school promoters are a ruthless bunch. As for your question...Resto is pretty old...so..give Pac some 4 oz MMA gloves and Resto can use 14 Oz gloves.. Pac can beat the **** out of him...and Karma can come full circle...sure why not.
