Out of all the potential matchups I see for these two fighters, this is the one i never read about. Call it, ESB.

cotto wins via hard fought decision.

i just dont feel williams has enough tools to deal with cotto.

williams only hope is cotto cant handle the pressure for twelve rounds, and if he can, then i see a cotto vctory.

I'm in 100% agreement with this. I'm not entirely convinced Cotto can't KO Williams, either. Martinez put him down in the 1st round, and Sergio is no puncher.

This is pretty much how i see it. Cotto has a tendency to flag a little in the later rounds and he isn't the most durable fighter out there, so I think if paul really swarms him like a mother****er and does it smart he can win.

I don't think the match favors Cotto at all. Had you asked me after Paul got schooled by a guy Cotto crushed, at 147, I'd have said Cotto though. But I don't think he's got the skin right now and he'd be overwhelmed anyway at 154.

I voted Paul by KO, but I think it would be just a bloody accumulation TKO where no one punch does it.

Cotto would leave the ring in a stretcher if they fought.

ye if williams really steps on the gas for twelve rounds cotto, hell anyone, would have a hard job winning the fight.

but if cotto can time and hurt williams then it could be a whoe different story.

It depends on how well Cotto can shut down PW's offense.

cotto is too skilled for williams at both 147 and 154. i think cotto can eventually even knock him out . either that or a comfy decision

I think Cotto could outbox him. His lateral movement looks pretty good with steward and that worked pretty well for martinez(well, maybe not in the eyes of the judges.

Paul will outhustle him to a close but clear UD where Cotto lands the cleaner bigger shots but Williams volume outweighs them. Cotto def stands a chance though
