Frankie said this in another thread. "I'm fighting for the Irish title I think against a lad called Michael Kelly nothing confirmed then I got a biggish fight after that against a good opponent but can't really say much an have to get past my next one first" lets hope its Daws for the British.
I have not heard nothing about daws dean Powell rang me an mentioned a name for titlemfight in birmingham against a fighter which will be a step up but nothin confirmed an have to mike Kelly first
so could be either english british or commonwealth. i wont pester u for the answer as ur not aloud to give it us. all the best sept 18th pal
well if you do ,pleas could you get Rob palmer to rubber stamp it otherwise he will criticise you on forums and question your manhood :nut (only joking about the last part)
put your tongue back in please. there was no criticism, just saying i would like to see him looking more physically tough.
Let him at ****ing Daws. I like Lenny but in truth he is average. Lets find out now if Frankie has something to write home about. Sutherland was by far the best of the new prospects. That honour now goes to Frankie as DeGale, Jeffries and co are pants. Groves is decent. I'll keep saying it until I'm blue in the face but all boxers, especially the brits, need to step up faster and find their level. IF they aren't the next Sugar Ray then that is okay, it's time to restore credibility in the British and European champs again. There is alot of respect for those champs.
All I will say is - *cough* http://boxing-ireland.com/20100717_michael_kelly_frankie_gavin_36.html *cough* Next article in the Irish Press is "Funtime looks past the bhoy from da Toun" :smoke
Probably but Gavin's a bit special, I'd love to see him in with Nigel Wright after this. No disrespect to Kelly but I just can't see him being competitive. Shame the fight between Kelly and OisÃn ***an never came about.
i will ,but hes ****ing goign to be a huge star !hes going to be bigger than eubank, better than Turpin!mark my words! its a shame hes not scottish.fav non scottish boxer for me
Kelly's from my hometown! He's a decent boxer, had a very long amateur career. Has struggled to get fights since turning pro but I don't think he'll be strong enough to hold Franky off. Should go rounds though.
