FMJ is technically better. He has better defense, a better body attack, fought better close, uses less "bad" technique, and at this stage in his career better foot movement. His style though is the evolution of Ali. So technically? Sure, but Ali's style was such a leap in evolution for the sport that comparisons are a bit invalid.

At the end of the day though what makes Ali the GOAT is more about who he was as a man and cultural icon. FMJ will never hope to be half the guy Ali was, but he is a superior pure boxer.

I have no intention of debating or arguing with MichiganWarrior, he is responsible for some of the worst posts I've seen on the General this year.
