I agree. Joey is cute enough to stay away from the right hand-crazy Rocky and resilient enough to survive when it does get through. Joey sticks to his boxing and a unanimous decision.

    Giardello UD Graziano.

Both were quality though but Graziano won´t KO Giardello and that´s the only way he wins.

I dunno, I saw a young Joey Giardello flattened in 1950 by Harold Green, with one left hook, and Graziano KOd Harold Green..
The young Graziano { before Zale took the starch out of him ],could ko anyone he could hit with that right hand, thrown like a hand grenade...
I say pickem fight, at their best....

Giardello had waaaay too much on the ball for Rocky. It would have been a masterpiece of "schooling" for Joey. No sweat at all for him. He's have boxed Rocky's ears off all night long without having to dig too deeply into his extensive bag of tricks in doing so.

Giardello by well-earned decision, as Rocky's aggression keeps him moving and almost wears him out at the end.

First this should come as no surprise to anyone....But PHILLY is vastly superior to the wasteland that is NY!!! And this match-up gives us one more notch on the belt! Joey 7-3 UD

and NY gets annexed from the US once and for all!
