they counter-offered 24 days which floyd refused. it is clear that floyd never wants to fight pacquiao from the very beginning with these blood testing and drug accusations.

and there's a limit to what you can give. i wish pac called floyd's bluff back then and we will have floyd moving the goal post again just to avoid the fight like he is doing now.
