Shame he is going about this all the wrong way.

It is an illegal war and we have no place over there, this is an oil war and based on a massive lie (weapons of mass destruction Ha fookin Ha).

Funny how he only became interested in this once his boxing career started to fail.

Look, i know it means **** all on here, but whilst he is living, and earning his living in a predominantly christian country, i believe that he should shut the **** up about my (and his) fellow countrymen dying and being baby killers etc.
Whether the war is illegal etc is another matter, but leave the dead and their families alone to grieve.

To be fair, if he genuinely beleives they are baby killers and rapists- then you can't expect him to like them very much

Too many people on here are claiming that the war in Afghanistan is an illegal 'oil' war. Away and get an education.

Certainly there many question marks surrounding the Iraq war, however, we are no longer involved there, so clearly Small is referring to the war in Afghanistan. How this is an illegal 'oil' war I'm not sure as Afghanistan is not an oil rich country.

Regardless, if Small feels so strongly over the war he should be protesting to politicians who caused it. Not soldiers trying to get a pay check for their families. I'm sure the vast majority of these soldiers would rather not be in Afghanistan, I'm sure if they had the opportunity they would rather be fighting for domestic titles etc. Fact of the matter is these soldiers generally don't have a lot of opportunities in life, fair play to them for taking a job with the one employer that is always employing.

And regardless of the legitimacy of the war, they didn't cause it. If there was a world war 3 tomorrow these very same 'murderers and rapists' would give their lives defending people like Anthony Small.

Like I've said, if you feel strongly about the war complain to the government, form a mass, peaceful protest, vent your anger on the military-industrial complex that is profiteering from the war, but lay off some people who are only earning a wage for their family and probably don't want to be there anyway.

How is it an illegal war and what criteria define a legal war? I don't see why people are flipping out over Small's comments. I don't agree with him but clearly some cases of what will be outright murder of civilians have been covered up. Others have been dealt with such as the **** and murder of a teenager by US soldiers in Iraq.

But people throw this term "illegal war" around because they've heard it on TV from someone like Galloway. When is war legal? What has to happen to make declaring war legal and under whoms jurisdiction is any war classed as illegal?
Everytime I've heard someone banging on down the pub about this sort of **** I ask them that and they mumble a bit and then change the subject.

Where does this bull**** come from?...it seems that if its repeated often enough it becomes fact. The war in Afghanistan is NOT illegal, it just wasn't initially sanctioned by the UN. (I would take a punt and say that the war in Iraq isn't "illegal" either)

bollocks to the war, this is about Small and his pathetic comments about young british men dying. Like anothe poster said, these boys would defend the rights of freedom Small has to spout out his rhetoric if war came to our fair shores. He should shut the **** up

lol he is saying the truth and you cant see that you +/?**><, how can you support this illegal war....even after the wikileak. you have to be one evil bastrd to be happy with nato and us troops illegally occupying someone elses land ala israel. raping women, killing children and the elderly. just recently 45+ civilians were killed by nato.

if 45+ innocent people are killed in this country, the outcry would be rediculous.
