Who was faster? Ali or Tyson

A question i want answered please...vote on the Poll..

 

tyson i think had the quicker hands by a smidge.

 

i think Ali was..his jabs were too fast..and his right was also..

 

ali was so fast that he could turn off the lights and be in bed before the room was dark

this is a hard one, its like comparing pacquiao and floyds speed, both are fast but have different type of speed.

Ali had quicker feet no question

hand speed you could argue either one but i tend to think Tyson was slightly quicker

 

Ali was just slaping like Joe Calzague and Tyson was throwing to decapitate you

 

I think the fact that Tyson's hand speed was comparable to Ali's in spite of the fact that he threw every punch to knock his opponent out is proof that he had the greater hand speed. When you take power off your punches, you throw faster.

ali in hands and footspeed, but tyson got a very fast upperbody movement and his hands are quite fast too. overall i have to give it to ali even though tyson got ali's upperbody movement beat by a mile.

 

tyson's whole game was to throw fast and hard combinations.. so tyson is the faster fighter.
