You missed the point. USADA made a big stink about blood being the one unbeatable test and yet they CHOSE to not test more with it. That decision shows that BLOOD wasn't important as they made it out to be. And when probed about it, Tygart said that he wasn't even really interested in testing that close to the fight and was much more concerned about the months leading upto the fight. The months of training before the fight are when the doping happens.

Getting caught doping is an IQ test during/after the fight or competition. Look it up.
