All we can go by, unfortunately, is what Arum said , since PBF's camp refuse to acknowledge that there was even a negotiation. They have flat out refuse to say there was one. Arum said they conceded to the test demand. So unless the PBF camp first admit that there was a negotiation we can only go by what Arum. It has already been proven with Greenburgs backing that they were negotiating.

The big difference here is your clinging to the "no test no fight" and one camp says we agreed and the other said there wasn't an offer. Then a 3rd party comes out and said there was an offer. SO that right there should tell you there is a test for the fight. What that test was we can speculate or go by what Arum said.
