Byrd gets flattened in rnd 3 , Haye has too much power and would not be worried about Byrd in the slightest IMO !!!

    Haye KO 3 :deal

No but Tua is about as one-dimensional as a fighter can get.

Ibeabuchi and Wlad both stopped Byrd; Haye's power has been likened to that of Wlad's and i'd hazard a guess that Ibeabuchi isn't too far off. Haye has the power, coupled with the skillset/gameplans (which Tua didn't have), to stop Byrd.

Haye wouldn't be concerned with Byrd's power either so he could do whatever the hell he wants in there.

I doubt Haye would land his hayemakers on a prime Byrd, who had great defense, but even if he did, I think Byrd could weather them, at least some of them. Prime Byrd had an iron chin.
Wlad and Ibeabuchi were both much bigger and stronger than Byrd, they just pressured and overpowered him. Wlad and Ibeabuchi just walked through Byrds counterpunches and they let their hands go, they threw a lot of shots. Haye is not a big HW, he depends on his reflexes, speed and skills. A prime Chris Byrd could match that speed, reflexes and skills tho. As I said, Hayes power alone is useless here.
I expect Haye to be the aggressor and win the first half of the fight, by throwing a lot of shots, but then to tire badly and have Byrd counter the hell out of Haye after ducking these hayemakers and win the second half of the fight.

    Byrd by close decision.

This is facking ridiculous! Byrd was a proven heavyweight, and was a Champion for a period of time. During Byrd's time, he beat Tua, Holyfield, Williamson, McCline, as well as a draw with Golota.

Haye on the other hand has not proven **** by beating and old Ruiz, and an older Barrett. Haye's only noteworthy opponent is N Valuev, which isn't saying much cause I see Byrd shutting out Valuev.

Easy pick for me to pick Byrd in 12 rounds.

I'm not even a Byrd fan either.

Also Byrd got into the ring with Wlad, and that alone is so much better than anything on Haye's resume.

Byrd had a helluva a chin, really good conditioning, and fantastic skills. Haye has a punch, mediocre conditioning, and average skills.

    Byrd UD12 Haye

Haye's power isn't proven enough to link it to Wlad or even to Tua. Byrd took a lot of shots from Wlad in the first fight and didn't fall.

Haye is not that skilled, he is very talented athletically, good reflexes, but a sloppy style. If Fragomeni can be competitive with Haye for 7 - 8 rounds, Byrd might very well beat him. Byrd easily beats everyone on Haye's resume. Does Haye beat everyone on Byrds resume? Don't think so.
