I see this fight going two ways.... Anderson wins by brutal knockout. Or Chael Wins by yet another boring smothering/decision. It's either douchebags fight.
I like the fact Chael is talking so much because he could be setting himself up for a huge fall. Fighting is hard enough without talking yourself up for an embarassment. I like that machismo and bravado. His comments about the Nogs, Franklin etc I'm sure are just a joke. BJJ belts in happy meals and Franklin just a maths teacher. Chael is a smart man. Those comments are designed to infuriate Silva.

He has done a very good job at promoting this fight - no doubt im sure jew boy made sure he did this for fear of the fight not been taken seriously. Best call ever "Anderson what have you been doing different in training for this fight?" ........"training with steven seagull" I liken sonnen's chances of winning to that of a squirrel fighting a wolverine... some how i still find myself rooting for him though.
Chael is becoming my favorite fighter. And yes he has a chance. He manhandled a Marquardt who was looking unstoppable. Not only did he dominated him more than Silva but IMHO he defeated a better Nate (who was hungry for a Silva rematch before he got ragdolled)
Dude is full of ****.. His **** talk sounds all political, like he's running a ****ing campaign lol. He talks **** about people I have a ton of respect for in the Noguera's and Crocop. I'd be just as upset if it were Silva talking **** about Couture, team Quest, or extreme couture's wrestling.. Cant wait for him to get his trap shut. Preferably he gets his face re-organized ala the, "school teacher." Give him to Rich Franklin next, I'm sure he'd be happy to beat the crap out of him too.
Some fights have a lot of talk - Rampage vs Evans and some don't - MAchida vs Shogun. Depends on the fighters. Most of the time I don't see the problem with advertising and hyping a fight. If they didn't, no one would be interested in the matches, much like boxing.
He was running for the House of Representatives here in Oregon, but dropped out. He has a 24-10 record. He's got some decent names on his resume, but it's really nothing impressive. Most of his wins have been by boring decision or submission. The only thing I'll give him is that he's incredibly hard worker in the ring and doesn't seem intimidated by anyone. Besides that though, he's a dick and hardly the fighter he thinks he is.
I can't see Chael biting his tounge after it, he will probably talk some **** about who ever he fights next.
