I would agree. You can't be a coward for fighting that much.

You can however be afraid of fighting someone... Like Mayweather is afraid to fight Pacquiao.

I agree with your first point but disagree with the second. PBF isn't scared he wants the fight on his terms if Pac agreed to all of PBF's terms which means up to the fight testing and to take less money and PBF didn't fight him then I would admit PBF is ducking him but Pac hasn't done this so therefor I won't say that.

Floyd must have seen something in Pac that's why he ducked him. Oh, so you will feel better, here are some of the excuses you can make why Floyd ducked Pac:

1. My hands are brittle. Just watch Chavez fight.
2. I broke my ribs while sparring before the Marquez fight.

In both cases, I will be exposed because Pac does hit to the body a lot and he takes a good punch that will surely hurt my hands.
