Is Floyd ducking Pac the same as Pac ducking Marquez?

Make no mistake about it. Pacquiao moving up and beating the horse crap out of Cotto was a great achievement. We can all look back with hindsight now and say, "we should have known", but Manny wasn't supposed to be a Welterweight two years ago. Boxing fans will be fickle, it's in their nature, but Manny hasn't been shortchanging anyone recently.

also in regards to the topic pac wont fight jmm again ever guaranteed. call it a duck or whatever you want but it wont happen so its really irrelevant to talk about. i do find it funny though that it is the exact same scenario as pac/floyd and the *******s respond very differently to their guy doing the ducking

Fighting a Margarito who he himself sucked at 154?

Margarito who's whole career is likely built on cheating?

    Margarito who's a CHEATER?

Margarito who doesn't know what defense is?

It was a big achievement, definitely but Cotto was drained.

(Boom Boom ruined this victory for the Pac fans by claiming Pac was drained vs Marquez because he cut 16lbs not 15. )

Seriously, stop being a Floyd ****** and enjoy the sport of boxing. Don't get your panties in a knot because you boy doesn't have a sack.

lol at you *****s trying to take every shot you can at pac. Honestly a match with marquez at 140 at his point in career would just end up in him getting raped. Maybe if marquez were to drain him down to 130-135 that'll be more interesting to watch. But not even including ww classes and up, there's more exciting matchups at 140 than marquez for pac.

Floyd turned down 8 million to fight this man, no? Do you think he did that because he didn't want to subject the fans to an other uneventful fight like his ones with Carlos Baldomir. I think not.

Floyd turned down 8 million that had an attached contract to re-sign with Top Rank.

Why would he resign with Top Rank after he just bought himself out?

Arum even acknowledged that Floyd would of accepted but didn't like the terms that were set out for the other fights.

It's interesting how people are so quick to associate Floyd with Manny. This is about MANNY and MARQUEZ, not Floyd.

If you think Cotto was drained and that somehow discredits the victory you need help. Psychiatric help. Cotto was as game and competitive as he usually is, and then he found himself in a world of **** when his opponent was standing up to his left hooks and body work. Pacquiao is just a greater fighter, a better equipped and more capable fighting machine than Miguel Cotto, it had absolutely nothing to do with the weight.
