Johnny couldnt even "easily" beat Ayala with two tries...how is he beating a guy like Canizales easily? They are two of the best guys I have seen at their respective weights...its a pretty close call.
i think the fight is up to tapia. if he can fight a very disciplined fight, i think his chance of winning is very good. if he slugs, he loses his great boxing advantage and canizales could start counter punching and use his strength and canizales would have the edge. i think tapia's great ring general ship and jab would get him the win.
:deal I agree with this if Tapia can stick to boxing and his advantage in speed i think he can edge this in a close fight. However if he is there to be hit and fights with Canizales i can see Orlando beating him by landing the harder shots, he would also use his great counterpunching ability to his advantage. I guess i didnt have to say all that what ^^^ he said.

Well Tapia had a Iron Chin and no one kos him at Bantam, but Canizales was a pretty damn good boxer himself and also had a great chin. Tapia was faster but Canizales had more power. If you put this fight on paper its even matched maybe even an edge to Canizales. This is one of those pickem matchups.
