looking at his eyes on the slo motion replay he wasnt going to get up the ref basicly saved him from even doing that much, Jacobs was out.

 

he looked at him around 5 and started to complain when the ref forced him back down.

The vid you just posted on the replay from the over head cam shows Jacobs eyes as the ref started to count,,, and quickly decided not to bother, they were crossed.

 

Ah...the ref does have the advantage of being right there and looking in the fighters eyes...but still, keep counting.

I wonder what Larry Holmes eyes looked like after the shot he took from Shavers.
