I agree. With Margarito. I am not sure he has recovered since the Mosley fight for that fight to be competitive. The old Margarito might have had a chance, yet who knows if plaster helped his fights out.

    Strangely,

Of course it did but if gave him the best chance of winning, but I doubt he came in with any intentions of actually trying to win the fight tonight. Looks like he came for a payday. He fought this same bull**** way against Paulie the second time & looked happy to lose.

If Diaz had some power I would say he still had a shot in 12th.

    Round 12

Marquez reasserts his jab but Diaz is meeting him toe to toe and banging with the right hand and his own jab. They trade big time leather up close. Diaz is the aggressor by a slight margin. Marquez backs him off with a 1-2. Diaz steps in and takes a few shots to land a stiff jab. Marquez lands a hookrecut as Diaz advances without a jab. Diaz blocks a 1-2. Diaz lands a right hand as Marquez ducks into the ropes. BIG right hand from Diaz. Marquez lands two jabs and a right through the gloves of Diaz. Marquez feints and lands a three punch combo. Diaz traps Marquez in a headlock and then hooks him after the break. Another left hook from Diaz. Another. Marquez times him with a counter as he lands the last one. Big exchanges up close, Marquez hooking and uppercutting and Diaz just moving his hands in a chopping fashion.

BRUTAL, BRUTAL EXCHANGE AT THE BELL!!!!!!!

:D Excellent stuff. I'd love to see you give a fighter advice in the corner, the look on the fighter's face would be priceless.

Marquez age is showing.. He let Diaz off the hook too much and got tired himself down the stretch.
