It depends on the individual you ask. If that individual is more of an obsessive Cotto fan and just cannot accept his defeats from Margarito and Pacquiao, that individual will more likely believe any negative news about those 2 fighters and come into their own conclusions of guilt minus hard documentable evidence.

One thing for sure is that what impressed me most about Margo destroying Cotto was his chin and his stamina, not his power.
No proof that Pacquiao cheated, and I hate to say it, but there is no proof that Margo cheated against Cottoe. Given the way he was caught against Mosley it is possible, probable even, that he also had plaster is his hands against Cotto, but there is no proof so the win will stand.
