If Every fighter asked for Blood Tests against Manny Pacquiao........

if it's what the commission requires then pac has no choice. but if that blood test was a product of an accusation so that they could ***** out of a fight, pac has the right to refuse it. on other hand, pac has already agreed to floyd's 14 days (at least) cut-off term of blood test. it is now a matter of floyd wanting to cut his vacation short.

 

well didn't pac and team agree to mayweathers blood testing demand tests? or so they said (but mayweathers team did not deny it either so...)

 

Too bad Floyd said he would only fight if the random blood testing was all the way up to fight day.
