Exactly, those two fights were extremely close, Marquez deserves a third fight. No one wants to see Margarito get a shot early after the gloves fiasco.

Although the fight w/ Hatton lasted only 2 rounds, he still looked good @ 140. I, too, don't like catch weights in a title fight but if both parties agree to it, then so be it. Nothing we can do about it. I know you hate the Pacman and I'm not going to say anything derogatory because you're entitled to your opinion. I respect everybody's opinion regardless if I like it or not.

If Marquez fights Khan then it will be because of the incentive of becoming a four weight champion, you twonk.

  4. Or they could fight at a catch weight...

the two most telling stats there are the date and the winner.

the third is that Marquez only outlanded Pacquiao in 5 out of 12 rounds.

    Marquez outlanded Pacquiao in rounds 2, 5, 7, 8 and 12

Pacquiao outlanded Marquez in round 1, decked him in the 3rd, and outlanded him in rounds 4, 6, 9, 10 and 11.

just saying, I generally don't pay that much heed to compubox anyways

Marquez vs pac, not interested. he was ineffective vs floyd and would prob get stopped by pac.

he should take on khan and get that 4th division!

khan would have no answer for marquez!

Upset? surely marquez would be favourite, i will cheer khan on, but he is too untested to be favoured over marquez imo.

but he would get another shot im sure.

I'd love to see him fight at 135 for the remainder of his career. You see he looked SO much better at a comfortable weight. He wasn't sluggish, slow or lacking "pop"... He's definitley slipping which I noticed after his first Diaz fight but he's definitely more effective at a HIGH level at this weight. He shouldn't fight anyone at 140 and definitly no one at 147!
