so i say provisions without explaining what the provisions are, and I have to be educated to see that someone is pulling the wool over my eyes? Whatever, we'll agree to disagree. Tell you one thing you live up to your name.

You still mad about the WBO strap Pacquiao stole from Cotto at catch weight?

Don't worry Pacquiao will drop the WBO to fight Margarito for the WBC at catch weight.

i still dont know what you're going on about

    provisions means stipulations/demands

the demands/stipulation were stated on the exact same sentence "for drug testing (blood and urine) leading up to the bout"

If all of boxing took the stance of asking for Olympic style testing the sport would not survive. There would be a MASSIVE shortage of fights and less pro sanctioned matches. People would agree to the test and for those who did they wouldn't be able to financially support it.

Additional blood testing or stricter measures wouldn't be an issue for manny....he just doesn't want to take tests that withdraw blood from him to close to one of his fights.

Manny wouldn't retire over blood tests......I'm sure Floyd is hoping though.:yep

but it wasn't even used in this context

but even if it was it would still mean "meeting a need"

    so pacquiao met the need?

measure or other means my friend does not conclusively mean he agreed to stipulations. If it did the word provisons would not need to be mentioned. Blood and urine would've sufficed. I see what you're saying but you dont see what I'm saying.
